The labeling of commercially available toys should be marked on the main body as a principle. However, if it cannot be marked on the main body, it should be marked on the package or instruction manual or on an attached item.

市售玩具之標示，應於本體上標示為原則。但無法於本體上標示者，應於包裝或說明書上或以附掛之方式標示之。

The labeling of toys shall be explained in clear, concise, and easy-to-understand fonts, words or diagrams.

玩具之標示，應使用清晰、簡明易懂之字體、文字或圖解說明之。

The color of the font used for warning signs should be different from the background color and easy to recognize. The font of the word 'Warning' should be larger than 5mm×5mm, and the text of the content should be more than 1.5mm×1.5mm.

警告標示所使用之字體，其顏色應與底色不同且易辨識，「警告」二字字體應大於 5mm × 5mm，內容文字1.5mm×1.5mm以上。
