Mr. Tom Tang is Honorary Founding Chairman of Hong Kong Printed Circuit Association Limited and Honorary Chairman of The Hong Kong Exporters’ Association. He is also Chairman of The Hong Kong Standards and Testing Centre (STC),Hong Kong Certification Centre (HKCC) and HK WuXi Trade Association Limited, as well as Vice Chairman of Federation of HK Jiangsu Community Organizations.
Mr. Tang has been a member of NanJing Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference since 2018 and a member of Wuxi Committee of The Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference since 2008.
Dr. Roy Chi Ping Chung is Co-founder of Techtronic Industries Company Limited and currently serving as Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Dr. Chung holds a Doctorate Degree of Engineering from the University of Warwick, UK, and a Doctorate Degree of Business Administration from the City University of Macau. He has also been an Industrial Professor of the University of Warwick, UK, since 2010.
He was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star (GBS) Medal and the Bronze Bauhinia Star (BBS) Medal by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2017 and 2011 respectively. He was also appointed as a Justice of the Peace in 2005. In 1997, he received the Young Industrialist Award of Hong Kong and then in 2014 he was named Industrialist of the Year.
Dr. Chung is active in public and community services. He was Chairman of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries from 2011 to 2013 and currently the Honorary President. He is also Founding and Honorary President of the Hong Kong Electrical Appliance Industries Association, President of The Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong, Member of the Committee on Innovation, Technology and Re-industrialization of Innovation and Technology Bureau, and Chairman of the Mandatory Provident Fund Industry Schemes Committee.
He is a member of the Standing Committee on Company Law Reform, Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau. He is also a member of Election Committee of the Twelve, the Thirteenth, and the Fourteenth National People’s Congress from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
Mr. Ting’s public duties in Hong Kong include serving as Honorary President of Hong Kong Toys Council under the auspices of the Federations of Hong Kong Industries, Honorary Advisor of the Toys Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong Limited, General Committee Member of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries, Member of the Accreditation Advisory Board under the Innovation and Technology Commission, and Chairman of Hong Kong Q-Mark Council.
Hon. Jeffrey Lam is a non-official member of the Executive Council and a member of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He is also a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.
Mr. Lam has over 30 years of experience in the toy industry and is currently Managing Director of Forward Winsome Industries Limited.
Mr. Lam is active in public service. He is Chairman of Aviation Security Co. Ltd, Chairman, Complaints Committee of the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), a General Committee Member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, and an Honorary Member of the Court of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and a Director of the Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited.
Mr. Lam received the Young Industrialist Award of Hong Kong in 1989. He was appointed as a Justice of the Peace in 1996 and became a member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire the same year. In 1999, he received the Outstanding Achievement Award – Hong Kong Toy Industry. He was awarded the Silver Bauhinia Star in 2004 and the Gold Bauhinia Star in 2011. He was also awarded the Grand Bauhinia Medal in 2023.
Dr. Yip Kit Chuen, founder of the GEW Corporation Limited and Chairman of GEW Holdings Limited and Shanghai GMP Electrical Appliances Company Limited, is a prominent industrialist and entrepreneur. In 1994, Dr. Yip created the brands "Welhome" & “WPM” for household appliances in Mainland China. He is a pioneer in the area of electrical household appliances.
Over the years, Dr. Yip has assumed many public roles, including that of member of the National People’s Congress Hong Kong Election Committee, HKSAR Chief Executive Election Committee, Chairman of the Mainland Affairs Committee of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries, Honorary President of the Hong Kong Electrical Appliances Manufacturers Association and Director of the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong.
Dr. Yip has been honored with the World Outstanding Chinese Award, an Honorary Doctorate of Management from Armstrong University in the United States, the Medal of Model Compatriot of Zhejiang Province, and honorary citizenship of Ningbo and Dongguan.
Mr. Iain Ferguson Bruce, joined KPMG in Hong Kong in 1964, became a partner in 1971 and retired in 1996. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at KPMG Asia Pacific from 1993 to 1997.
Mr. Bruce is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a fellow of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors and also a fellow of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute.
Mr. Bruce serves as an Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors at several publicly listed companies in Hong Kong, including Goodbaby International Holdings Limited, South Shore Holdings Limited, Tencent Holdings Limited and Wing On Company International Limited.
Mr. Bruce recently retired from the Boards of Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited, MSIG Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited, and also Yingli Green Energy Holding Company Limited, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. He is currently a Director of Carrington Investments Limited and K E Corporate Services Limited.
