Indian Toys (Quality Control) Order 2020 Published

As notified to the WTO's "Technical Barriers to Trade Information Management System" (notification G/TBT/N/IND/131 dated 2020-02-07, the "Toys (Quality Control) Order 2020" has been published in the Government Official Gazette on 2020-02-25, by the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade), applying to product or material designed or clearly intended for use in play by children under 14 years of age.
