US CPSC Issues Direct Final Rules for Children's Folding Chairs and Stools and for Hand-Held Infant Carriers

To incorporate the latest version of their respective ASTM standards, the US CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) has published direct final rules for the two products "Children's Folding Chairs and Stools", and "Hand-Held Infant Carriers", without further modifications.
