Hong Kong Gazettes Amended Toys and Children's Products Safety Ordinance Notice 2024
Background
The Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development of the Hong Kong Government published the “Toys and Children’s Products Safety Ordinance (Amendment of Schedules 1 and 2) Notice 2024” inthe Gazette, February 2024.
This Notice updates 12 safety standards for toys and children’s products with newer revisions.
