In the notification G/TBT/N/CHN/1887 dated 27 August 2024, the State Administration for Market Regulation (国家市场监督管理总局) and Standardization Administration (国家标准化管理委员会) of China notified the World Trade Organization (WTO) about the following draft General Safety Requirements for Children's Products:
《儿童用品通用安全要求 General safety requirements for children’s products》(征求意见稿)
These requirements specify the general safety requirements for products (including trial products and free gifts) designed or intended for use by children under 14 years of age.
