STC participated in the Hong Kong Food Expo held by the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition on 15-17 August 2019. This time, the focus
was on food safety testing, nutrition labeling and testing of proprietary Chinese medicine ingredients.
In addition, a “Testing and Certification Service for Food Seminar” was held on 16 August 2019. Ms. Joey Lau, Senior Manager of the Department of Chemistry, Food and Pharmaceutical of STC, was invited to share the experience of the relevant verification services with the guests.
