EN 71-3:2019 Formally Referred in the EU Official Journal for Toy Directive (2009/48/EC)

As described in our earlier newsletter 10/19/TCD, the European harmonized standard EN 71-3:2013+A3:2018 was revised and re-published as EN 71-3:2019 on 2019-04-10, awaiting citation in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJ) under the Toy Directive since then.
