With the rapid development and popularization of USB technology used in consumer electronics and other electrical products, USB specifications and compliance testing has become more and more important. Any products that has a USB port(s) such as computers, cell phones, audio visual products and other electronic devices, etc. are all subjected to USB testing if manufacturers wish to place the USB logo on the product (provided that USB-IF guidelines as met).
STC is the only testing laboratory in Hong Kong accredited to perform USB testing in full compliance with USB-IF guidelines to assist manufacturers in achieving certification for USB logo placements on their products.
